By definition, synchronicity is: the experience of two or more events that are apparently causally unrelated or unlikely to occur together by chance, yet are experienced as occurring together in a meaningful manner.

Over the past few weeks, I have had the pleasure of reading a book called the Power - a follow on to the Secret by Rhonda Byrne. 

Yesterday, as I sat in the hallway of the ICU awaiting news on my Uncle, who had experienced three severe heart attacks a mere 48 hours earlier, I came to the section of the book called "the Power and Life."

As I read the below excerpts I thought they couldn't have been more timely:

"The only reason you can't see another being after they have left their body is that you can't see the frequency of love... But remember that you can feel love, so if there is someone you can't see anymore, you can feel them on the frequency of love... They are never far away from you and you are never separated from them... Ancient texts say that "heaven is within you," and what they're talking about is the frequency of your being. When you leave your human body, you are automatically on the highest frequency of pure love, because that's the frequency of your being. In ancient times this highest frequency of pure love was called heaven."

A couple of hours later we were notified that the waiting was almost over, my Uncle would not survive the damage. It was the news that everyone was expecting but no one wanted to hear.

When the time came, I was able to find comfort in the thought and knowing that my Uncle had made his transition to... Heaven.

 Uncle Gary, your presence will forever remain close to my heart.
